Anesthesiology Residency Application Process

The Anesthesiology Program at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences offers three categorical positions each year, comprised of a unique, integrated clinical base year (CBY) followed by three years of clinical anesthesia (CA1-CA3). No advanced positions (PGY-2) are offered through the match.

 

COMLEX scores are required

 

Applicants will be considered only with the completion of an application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for the upcoming application year. Applications must include:

• CV
• COMLEX and/or USMLE Scores
  • Minimal COMLEX score: 550
  • Minimal USMLE score: 225
• Personal statement
• Medical Student Performance Evaluation (Dean's Letter)
• Transcripts
• Three Letters of Recommendation

ERAS Information

Applicants are accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Completed applications are reviewed periodically and candidates are notified when there is sufficient information to offer an interview. Interview dates are granted to qualified candidates.
