Garrick Shreck, D.O., Treasurer
I am a family practice physician in Stillwater, OK. We have a group practice called Stillwater Family Care. I was in the original class that made OSU-COM the medical school of choice in the state of OK and I really enjoyed going to school there. I have been active with the school teaching as a rural hospital and rural clinic facilitator and I've also been very active in recruiting students from OSU to our school by allowing them to shadow with me. I would be honored to represent the alumni of our great medical school.
John Westlake, MHA, BSN, RN, Graduate Representative
I have been a student of healthcare for as long as I can remember. My very first job was working at a vet clinic in Tulsa and then for Saint Francis as a Patient Transporter. From there I have had several degrees and when the opportunity to obtain my Healthcare Administration degree from OSU was finally upon me I couldn't have been more ecstatic and honored. I have been in healthcare for 20 years working in various capacities. I oversaw a Covid Field Hospital and Directed a Mass Covid Vaccine Site for different states. Healthcare has and always will be my passion, my driving force. We are in an industry that is ever changing and innovative while still holding some basic oaths in place from the 5th Century B.C.
Linda Nguyen, OSU-COM at Cherokee Nation Student Representative
I completed my undergraduate studies at University of Houston and continued my graduate education at OSU-CHS before matriculating into OSU-COM Cherokee Nation class of 2025. I am currently interested in pursuing emergency medicine. I love OSU's friendly environment and consider myself very lucky to be a part of this family. I hope to contribute as much as I can to this organization and help everyone in the best way possible.
Madison Pastor, OSU-COM Student Representative
I am the daughter of an Air Force pilot, so I moved around a lot when I was little. We ended up in Enid, OK for most of my school, and that is where I consider my hometown. I am a graduate of Oklahoma State University two times over. I earned my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nutritional sciences at the Stillwater campus, and sat for my exam to become a Registered Dietitian in 2021. I am working on a third graduation from OSU in the Class of 2024 at the Tulsa campus, working to become a D.O.
