professionalismThe optimal clinical learning environment recognizes that attitudes, beliefs, and skills related to professionalism directly impact the quality and safety of patient care. It has mechanisms in place for reporting concerns around professionalism, periodic assessment of concerns and identification of potential vulnerabilities, and the provision of feedback and education related to resulting actions.
