In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the OSU CHS Office of Graduate Programs will provide reasonable accommodations to graduate students with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and /or Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act. The purpose of providing students with such accommodations is to assure equal access to educational opportunities. Reasonable accommodations provided to students must not pose an undue hardship on OSU CHS Office of Graduate Programs, result in a fundamental alteration in the nature of the academic program or activity, or result in an undue financial or administrative burden on the OSU CHS Office of Graduate Programs.
Notice: If you are a student in either the College of Osteopathic Medicine or Physician Assistant Studies and are in pursuit of Accommodations, please refer to our disability services. Dual degree graduate program and D.O. students will need to complete both processes.
