Animal Care and Use Training
This is an online course for all university personnel who work with animals in research must complete prescribed mandatory training prior to protocol approval and prior to working with animals.
Who is required to take this training?
All principal investigators/instructors (PIs), research faculty/staff, graduate students, laboratory technicians and students involved in animal care and/or use of live vertebrate animals in research, teaching or testing at OSU.

Training is available online through CITI Program.
Instructions
All personnel (e.g., principal investigators/instructors (PIs), research faculty/staff, graduate students, laboratory technicians, students, etc.) involved in animal care and/or use of live vertebrate animals in research, teaching, or testing at OSU CHS must complete training prior to working with animals. Online training is offered at citiprogram.org If you would like to request training on a specific topic not covered in CITI, please contact the IACUC office at chsiacuc@okstate.edu.
