Let's Talk About It
It’s time we make taking care of our mental health as easy to discuss as our physical
health.
It’s OK to struggle with mental health
we’ve all been there
The struggle comes with many names: anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, stress
and more. They can be brought on by the stress of school and daily life, fear of the
coronavirus outbreak, sexual assault, physical and emotional abuse, or racial oppression,
to name a few.
It’s time we treat mental health needs more openly as a society. Let’s Talk About It and make it a normal part of life to get help and heal. Talk with your friends and family, OSU staff and mental health professionals. Let’s start the change.

Campus Mental Health Action Plan
In response to the growing need for expanded mental health services across campus,
the CHS Department of Wellness, in conjunction with OSU Stillwater’s Division of Student
Affairs, has launched a Mental Health Action Plan in order to bring together additional
