According to a 2017 American College Health Association study, more than half of students surveyed indicated they felt overwhelmed, exhausted or extremely lonely in the past 12 months.

We are here to help.

Whether it’s mental or physical health, we have resources at the ready to tackle topics like stress management, sleep, substance abuse, sexual health, LGBTQ+ issues and nutrition, just to name a few.
