The Office of Academic Success helps medical students prepare for residency by offering career advisement, which includes providing application resources, reviewing and editing application documents, one-on-one career advising meetings and assisting students with the match process.

Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
The MSPE is a summary letter of evaluation intended to provide residency program directors with an honest and objective summary of a student's experiences, attributes, and academic performance. This document includes noteworthy characteristics, academic history, grades on clinical clerkships as well as comments from preceptors, and class rank. The final version of each student's MSPE will be uploaded by the school into the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
